My Mission is to provide you with an empowering mediation experience which allows you to use your current situation to begin to transform your life.

I will use my extensive experience and skills the best I can, to create the best mediation process and environment to support and encourage you at this time in your life, to make the most creative and informed decisions you can imagine about your future.

My Commitment to each Client is to deliver to high quality, cost effective and empowering dispute resolution services, designed to meet your individual needs.

My intention always is to provide to you, exceptional value at a reasonable cost.

I may conduct mediation at other locations with prior arrangement.

Mediation Fees:

I charge hourly for face to face mediation time, and for time to do any work for you outside of our meeting, such as drafting any agreements which you have made and asked me to formalize in writing. We will all discuss and agree before any additional charges are incurred.

You may pay my fee equally or share it however you agree. My expectation is that you will share it equally until some other agreement is made. Payment is due when my time and services are provided to you. If you are concerned about payment of fees, please call me to talk about it. Fees.

Services:

I do NOT provide legal advice or services.

Free Initial Consultation. I will give you an overview of what to expect and and answer your questions for up to 20 minutes, either in person or over the phone.

Mediation. In addition to our time together in the mediation session, I will, at your request, prepare a written document of the agreements and conclusions you have reached. As noted above, I charge for performing this service.

Self Help Legal Documents. There are several ways to obtain and prepare your own legal documents (see, Links). I can NOT give you legal advice. I can help you to gather the information and make the decisions you will need in order to complete these documents. This normally occurs as part of the mediation process. Also, the written document containing your agreements may be appropriate to use for some court purposes.I can also help you with the logistics and process of preparing your own court documents.
